Siets technology combines three emerging mainstream computer technologies into a single product - XML database for platform independence, full text search engine for instant retrieval of any content, and clustering of data in a grid of multiple computers for system scalability and fault-tolerance.

Siets Server automatically builds full text index for data in any custom text or XML format. Siets developers can use more than 50 search and indexing functions, including standard word and phrase search, Boolean search, use of wildcards in queries, numeric range search etc. Siets Server handles more than 160 languages in the same database and performs automatic data conversion between national charsets and UTF-8.
